What's a credit?
One credit = one ARP responding to one question. A typical 4-question conversation with a 25-ARP panel costs 100 credits. Credits last for one month, whether included with your plan or purchased pay-as-you-go.

An Anonymised Reflective Profile. Each ARP is a one-to-one agentic version of a real customer, built from in-depth interviews and feedback. The more ARPs in your panel, the more diverse perspectives each scenario captures.
What happens when I run out?
If you go over your credits, you have the option to continue asking questions at the same per credit rate that matches your tier. If you are using the PAYG option, this would be another purchase at the same rate.

Business plans include a panel built from your own customer interviews — an ongoing asset your team queries for good. The 6–12 week build is the cost of the real recruitment and conversations behind it, once, not a recurring wait. Setup costs are scoped separately.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you won't be charged again, and you keep access until then. Monthly fees are non-refundable for the current period.
