What's a credit?
One credit = one ARP responding to one question. A typical 4-question conversation with a 25-ARP panel costs 100 credits. Credits last for one month, whether included with your plan or purchased pay-as-you-go.
What's an ARP?
An Anonymised Reflective Profile. Each ARP is a one-to-one agentic version of a real customer, built from in-depth interviews and feedback. The more ARPs in your panel, the more diverse perspectives each scenario captures.
What happens when I run out?
If you go over your credits, you have the option to continue asking questions at the same per credit rate that matches your tier. If you are using the PAYG option, this would be another purchase at the same rate.

Your choice of tier depends on how many conversations you need to have with your panel. The number of ARPs that you need to ask in each conversation depends on your circumstances.
Imagine you are asking about a new feature design, or an opinion on a new campaign. You may want to have 2 different cohorts of 15 ARPs each to see how the changes land. In the conversation you would ask your initial question, and potentially 2 follow up questions around the motivation of a cohort based on the questions that come back. So the credits used in that particular conversation would be 30 ARPs x 3 total questions = 90 credits.

Cancellations and Refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you won't be charged again, and you keep access until then. Monthly fees are non-refundable for the current period. Pay-as-you-go credits are non-refundable once purchased. For full terms, see our Platform Subscription Agreement.
